AES is a South Australian investment company focused on providing capital to support succession planning, management buyouts or funding transformational growth opportunities for business owners and employees. We are long term asset holders with no defined exit timeframes. In other words, we want to partner with business owners and management teams to generate sustainable returns over a long period.
AES was founded in 2019 by a group of passionate South Australian business people with the aim of supporting business owners transition ownership to their next generation, existing management teams or introducing new management to support the next stage of growth.
We focus on investing in South Australian headquartered businesses valued at between $1m and $15m and are industry agnostic.
Our strategy centres around helping management teams grow organically, whether it be the introduction of new products, entering new markets, optimising operations, investing in systems and improving processes. We will also support the acquisition of complementary businesses to accelarate growth.
